Cottage Details
Nestling in the grounds of the large Farmhouse, the Coach House single story barn conversion has been skilfully renovated, retaining many exposed beams and trusses. This property has an internal link to the 6 bedroomed Granary , useful for larger parties but closed and soundproofed if only the Coach House is required.
The patio to the side offers privacy and wonderful views over the surrounding fields, in addition to a charcoal BBQ, (for which you will need to bring your own charcoal).
The sitting room is complete with colour television and DVD and leads to the large fully equipped kitchen /dining room, which also houses a pool table. One high chair is available. A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer.
There are four bedrooms, two have ensuite facilities and the other two share a family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath. There is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, a double room with ensuite shower room, a twin room and a bedroom with a double and a single bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. One travel cot is available for which you will need to bring your own bedding.
All linen, towels and central hearing costs are provided. We provide a small, basic supply of various consumables for your arrival, (such as toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, etc), but you will need to bring an additional supply to last the duration of your stay, together with the usual items you would normally take on a self-catering holiday.
There is shared use of the tennis court with the other Cottages, (you will need to bring rackets and balls). Catering is available on request and we are happy to help and advise on any other arrangements as necessary.
